Merlyn Gordon is a digital marketing professional with more than a decade of experience in web project management, interactive asset production, and software product marketing.
In 2003, Merlyn took time off in order to pursue his dream of becoming a merchant mariner. Working for the Marine Operations arm of the National Oceanographic and Atmospheric Institute (NOAA), Merlyn earned a USCG Master 100-ton/Mate 200-ton Near Coastal license (STCW), as well as NOAA Working Diver certification.
Returning to the technology sector in 2006, Merlyn now works for RightNow Technologies. RightNow is helping rid the world of bad experiences one consumer interaction at a time, 7 million times a day.
Merlyn lives with his wife near the Yellowstone River in Livingston, Montana. He makes a mean bouillabaisse, enjoys good black beer, and is an avid backpacker and outdoorsman.
